Join us online for this webinar presented by Orthodontist Dr James Zvirblis who will offer an overview of common orthodontic problems and solutions encountered by Dental and Oral Health Therapists, followed by an update on recent technological advancements in the orthodontic sphere which can empower clinicians to have more involvement in the orthodontic treatment process.

  1. When to manage transverse discrepancies in the developing dentition.
  2. How to appropriately screen for canine impactions.
  3. Management of ectopically erupting first permanent molars.
  4. Become familiar with recent digital orthodontic techniques.

About Orthodontist Dr James Zvirblis B.App.Sci (Syd), D.M.D. (Syd), D.Clin.Dent. (Melb), AOB Cert.

Dr James Zvirblis is a recently graduated Orthodontist from the University of Melbourne, practicing across both public and private sectors in the Northern Rivers region of NSW. He completed his general dental training at the University of Sydney in 2016, after which he moved to the NSW mid-north coast where he worked for 4 years as part of a team of dentists, dental hygienists, and therapists across multiple busy regional practices.

During his orthodontic training, James completed novel research into the molecular basis of ankylosis presenting his findings at local orthodontic conferences and at the European Orthodontic Society's annual meeting. Now happily living back in regional NSW, he is focusing on a passion for technology in his clinical practice.
