Let's celebrate 50 Years of Dental Hygiene in Australia together. 

In Australia, dental hygiene began 50 years ago in Adelaide. Today, dental hygiene is practised by over 5,000 Oral Health Practitioners (OHPs) in every state and territory.

This event is hosted by the new Oral Health Association of Australia to reflect on the achievements of our colleagues over the past half century, and to celebrate the new era and opportunities in dental hygiene moving forward for OHPs.

Join us to be part of this momentous event to honour the past, celebrate the present and embrace the future of dental hygiene for our profession.

  • Members and non-members welcome. 
  • Early bird pricing available until 30 April 2025. 
  • Registration closes 13 July 2025.

    • Complimentary parking available on site - 80 spaces. The parking is managed by Adelaide City Council and subject to availability. 
    • We will provide permits on the day which guest can put on their dashboard. 
    • Permit allows your car to remain in the designated parking space for the duration of the event.
